Section 9-26-210 - Single custodianship

A transfer may be made only for one (1) minor, and only one (1) person may be the custodian. All custodial property held under this subchapter by the same custodian for the benefit of the same minor constitutes a single custodianship.Acts 1985, No. 476, § 10; A.S.A. 1947, § 50-943
