Section 9-26-225 - Severability

If any provisions of this subchapter or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invalidity does not affect other provisions or applications of this subchapter which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end provisions of this subchapter are severable.Acts 1985, No. 476, § 25
