(a) If it appears at the adjudication or disposition hearing in any case brought under this subchapter that the parents or any other person named in the petition who is by law required to provide support for the juvenile is able to contribute to the support of the juvenile, the court shall issue an order requiring the person to pay a reasonable sum pursuant to the guidelines for child support and the family support chart for the support, maintenance, or education of the juvenile to any person, agency, or institution to whom custody is awarded.(b) The court, upon proper motion, may make such adjustments and modifications of the order as may appear reasonable and proper.(c) The court shall also order the persons required by law to support a juvenile to disclose their places of employment and the amounts earned by them.
