Section 9-29-206 - Agreements concerning visitation or supervision

Any requirements for visitation, inspection or supervision of children, homes, institutions, or other agencies in another party state which may apply under this subchapter or as required by any court of record of this state shall be deemed to be met if performed pursuant to an agreement entered into by appropriate officers or agencies of this state or a subdivision thereof as contemplated by paragraph (b) of Article V of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children.Acts 1979, No. 677, § 6; A.S.A. 1947, § 83-1206
