Section 9-29-207 - Courts authorized to place children in other states pursuant to this compact

Any court having jurisdiction to place delinquent children may place such a child in an institution in another state pursuant to Article VI of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children and shall retain jurisdiction as provided in Article V thereof.Acts 1979, No. 677, § 7; A.S.A. 1947, § 83-1207
