Section 9-29-208 - Financial responsibility for placed children

Financial responsibility for any child placed pursuant to the provisions of the Interstate Compact on the Placement of Children shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Article V thereof in the first instance. However, in the event of partial or complete default of performance thereunder, the provisions of Arkansas laws fixing responsibility for the support of children may also be invoked.Acts 1979, No. 677, § 2; A.S.A. 1947, § 83-1202
