Section 9-32-206 - Provision of information and assistance

(a) The Division of Youth Services, the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services, and the Division of Children and Family Services shall make available to the Senate Interim Committee on Children and Youth a list of all reports the unit submits to the Secretary of the Department of Human Services.(b) Under the direction of the secretary, the Division of Youth Services, the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services, and the Division of Children and Family Services shall work cooperatively with and provide any necessary assistance to the Senate Interim Committee on Children and Youth.(c) Notwithstanding any agency rules to the contrary, the Division of Youth Services, the Division of Aging, Adult, and Behavioral Health Services, and the Division of Children and Family Services shall furnish information to members of the General Assembly, legislative staff, or legislative committees immediately upon request.Amended by Act 2019, No. 910,§ 5150, eff. 7/1/2019.Amended by Act 2017, No. 913,§ 34, eff. 8/1/2017Amended by Act 2013, No. 980,§ 4, eff. 8/16/2013Acts 1995, No. 1222, § 6; 1997, No. 312, § 7; 2001, No. 1727, § 5
