§ 2102

2102. (a) The director shall pass upon the qualifications of persons who desire to become county agricultural inspectors and shall issue licenses to successful candidates.(b) The director may charge each candidate a fee to cover the actual cost of providing the license examination.(Amended by Stats. 1987, Ch. 734, Sec. 7.
