§ 2283

2283. The commissioner, in carrying out his responsibilities under Section 2281, may assist the department in the conduct of surveys or investigations pursuant to Section 461 for the purpose of preventing the introduction and spread of injurious insect or animal pests, plant diseases, and noxious weeds under Section 403.(Added by Stats. 1981, Ch. 859, Sec. 5.)
