62181. The bonds provided for in this article are required for each handler and apply to all purchases of milk by that handler. A handler bonded under this article is not required to be separately bonded under Section 61405.(Amended by Stats. 1987, Ch. 156, Sec. 36. Effective July 10, 1987.)
