§ 62189

62189. The failure of any handler that purchases market milk from producers to execute and deliver the bond as provided and required in this article is a violation of this chapter. The failure of any such handler to post any additional bond as may be required to comply with any provision of this chapter is also a violation of this chapter.(Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1192.)
