62196. The failure of any handler to pay for market milk delivered to him or her at the time and in the manner specified in the contract with the producer is an unlawful trade practice, except as provided for in Section 62079.(Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 759, Sec. 24. Effective January 1, 1997.)
