62241.5. Within 60 days of the effective date of this section, each market milk handler shall provide the director with a list of the name, address, and date of every current contract between the handler and market milk producer. Monthly thereafter, the handler shall report to the director the same information on all terminated, new, and amended contracts which has not been previously reported. The director may assess a one hundred dollar ($100) penalty against any market milk handler who fails to file the required report for each report not filed.(Amended by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1074, Sec. 24.
