§ 62031

62031. The director may amend or terminate any stabilization and marketing plan, after notice and public hearing as prescribed in Article 7 (commencing with Section 61991), if he or she finds that the plan is no longer in conformity with the standards which are prescribed in, or will not tend to effectuate the purposes of, this chapter. Any order under this article amending or terminating any stabilization and marketing plan shall be subject to Section 61996.(Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 101, Sec. 56.)
