§ 62065

62065. No amendment of this article terminates or invalidates any provision of any stabilization and marketing plan which has been established by the director prior to the effective date of such amendment. Each such plan shall, however, be brought into conformity with such amendment at the earliest practicable date after the effective date of such amendment.(Added by Stats. 1977, Ch. 1192.)
