62703. In effectuating the purposes of this chapter, a production base and a pool quota shall be established for each producer pursuant to Section 62707. The establishing of these bases and their functions shall be as provided in the pooling plan formulated by the director pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.(Added by Stats. 1967, Ch. 927.)
