62725. The director is authorized to use money in the Department of Food and Agriculture Fund derived from assessments and fees collected pursuant to Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 61801), to the extent necessary to defray the expenses incident to the formulation and making effective the pooling plan pursuant to this chapter, if, as soon as sufficient money is available from fees collected pursuant to this chapter, the amount shall be repaid.(Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 751, Sec. 38.)
