62728. The director shall terminate any pooling plan in effect in any marketing area without notice or hearing at any time that there ceases to be a stabilization and marketing plan in force and effect in such marketing area, establishing minimum prices to be paid to producers, unless minimum prices payable by distributors to producers for fluid milk in such marketing area are subject to a federal milk marketing agreement or order which is not in conflict with, or in duplication of, the pooling plan.(Added by Stats. 1967, Ch. 927.)
