62730. Any violation of any provision of this chapter, or any regulations adopted pursuant to this chapter, shall be punishable, and shall have the same effect, as a violation of Chapter 2 (commencing with Section 61801).(Amended by Stats. 1982, Ch. 751, Sec. 39.)
