The director, with the assistance of the advisory board, shall establish administrative rules and regulations that provide for, but are not limited to, the specific manner of filing, posting, and revising purchase prices and any additional action necessary to assure adequate public disclosure of purchase prices.(Added by Stats. 1985, Ch. 18, Sec. 1.
