64015. 'Producer' means any person that produces milk and sells it, or delivers possession or control of it, to a handler, in the form of unprocessed milk or cream, or in any other unprocessed form.(Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 304, Sec. 66. (AB 590) Effective January 1, 2020.)
