64017. 'Solids-not-fat' means any milk solids that are not fat, measured using the standard milk testing methods in a Federal Milk Marketing Order, established by the final rule, effective October 17, 2018, published by the United States Department of Agriculture in Volume 83 of the Federal Register, beginning on page 26547, on Friday, June 8, 2018.(Repealed and added by Stats. 2019, Ch. 304, Sec. 69. (AB 590) Effective January 1, 2020.)
