§ 64222

64222. Records kept pursuant to Section 64221 shall be all of the following:(a) In a form, and containing all information, relevant to the purposes of this chapter, that the secretary may, by order or regulation, prescribe.(b) Preserved for a period of two years.(c) Open to inspection at any time on the request of the secretary.(Amended by Stats. 2019, Ch. 304, Sec. 96.
