72060. A quorum of the commission shall be a majority of the commissioners. Except as provided in Sections 72027 and 72133, the vote of a majority of members present at a meeting at which there is a quorum shall constitute the act of the commission.(Amended by Stats. 2009, Ch. 469, Sec. 3.
