Any producer member or his or her alternate shall be an individual, partner, or employee of a producer who has a financial interest in producing, or causing to be produced, navel oranges for market.A producer member or alternate shall meet this requirement during the entire term of office.(Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 494, Sec. 1.
