74660. No refund pursuant to Section 74658 shall be approved by the commission after two years from the date the assessment was due. Failure to file a claim within the time prescribed in this section constitutes a waiver of all demands for a refund against the commission.(Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 147, Sec. 3.
