74926. If the secretary finds that a favorable vote has not been given to the establishment of the commission as provided in this chapter, the secretary shall so certify and declare that result. If the secretary finds that a favorable vote has been given as provided in this chapter, he or she shall so certify and give notice of the favorable vote to all producers and vintners whose names and addresses may be on file with the secretary.(Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 727, Sec. 71.
