74039. 'Winegrapes' means grapes produced in this state which are intended to be converted from their fresh form into grape juice, grape concentrate, wine, or products thereof, including, but not limited to, high proof and brandy produced from winegrapes.(Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 1286, Sec. 1.)
