74192. Following a favorable referendum conducted prior to June 30, 1992, a referendum shall be conducted by the commission every fifth year thereafter unless a referendum is conducted as a result of a petition pursuant to this article. In that case, the referendum shall be every fifth year following the industry petitioned referendum following procedures provided in this article.(Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 1286, Sec. 1.)
