75033. 'Marketing season' or 'fiscal year' means the period beginning January 1 of each year and extending through December 31 of the same year. However, the 1984–85 marketing season shall commence within 30 days after the election of the first commission members as provided in Article 5 (commencing with Section 75111).(Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 531, Sec. 1.)
