75176. Upon suspension of the operation of this chapter and of the commission, the commission shall mail a copy of the notice of suspension to all handlers affected by the suspension whose names and addresses are on file.(Amended by Stats. 1994, Ch. 1093, Sec. 21. Effective January 1, 1995.)
