76063. A quorum of the commission shall be any six voting commissioners. Except for Sections 76052 and 76182, the vote of the majority of members present at a meeting at which there is a quorum shall constitute the act of the commission.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1176, Sec. 1.)
