76118. To be eligible for election to the commission, producer, grower-handler, and shipper nominees must present to the director a nomination petition with signatures of at least six eligible producers, grower-handlers, or shippers from the district from which the nominee is seeking election.(Added by Stats. 1984, Ch. 1176, Sec. 1.)
