76382. If a petition is filed as provided in Section 76382.5, the secretary shall hold a hearing pursuant to Section 76381 prior to conducting the referendum authorized by Section 76382.5.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1998, Ch. 575, Sec. 9. Effective January 1, 1999.)
