76530. 'Fisherman' means an individual licensed to commercially harvest fish pursuant to Sections 7850 to 7852, inclusive, of the Fish and Game Code.(Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 53, Sec. 2. Effective June 22, 1989.)
