76572. 'Salmon products' means any item manufactured which contains 50 percent or more of salmon flesh or parts from salmon, including the head, scales, skin, bone, or entrails, and which is intended for human consumption, medicine, animal feed, fertilizer, or other purposes.(Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 1500, Sec. 1.)
