76706. The secretary may remove any member of the council or alternate for cause, and, upon that removal, there is a vacancy that shall be filled in the manner as provided for the unexpired term in Section 76705.(Amended by Stats. 2015, Ch. 307, Sec. 28. (AB 958) Effective January 1, 2016.)
