(a) If the secretary finds that a favorable vote has been given, the secretary shall so certify and give notice of the favorable vote to all handlers whose names and addresses may be on file with the secretary.(b) If the secretary finds that a favorable vote has not been given, the secretary shall so certify and declare this article inoperative.(Added by Stats. 2015, Ch. 307, Sec. 56.
