77202. The maintenance of the pepper industry of California is necessary to assure the consuming public of a continuous supply of this vital food and the maintenance of needed levels of income for those engaged in the industry.(Added by Stats. 1988, Ch. 335, Sec. 1. Effective July 14, 1988.)
