77264. A quorum of the commission shall be seven voting members of the commission. An alternate producer or handler member, respectively, may serve in the absence of a member if the member’s alternate is absent and the action is necessary to establish a quorum. Unless specified otherwise in this chapter, the vote of a majority of members present at a meeting at which there is a quorum shall constitute the act of the commission.(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 167, Sec. 8.
