§ 77316

77316. If the secretary finds that a favorable vote has been given as provided in Section 77312, the secretary shall certify and give notice of the favorable vote to all affected producers and handlers whose names and addresses are on file with the secretary.(Amended by Stats. 2004, Ch. 167, Sec. 8.92.
