77662. If a referendum is conducted as the result of a petition pursuant to Section 77663, the hearing pursuant to Section 77661 shall be conducted every 10th year following the industry petitioned referendum.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1995, Ch. 727, Sec. 142. Effective January 1, 1996.)
