Upon suspension of the operation of this chapter, the commission shall mail a copy of the notice of suspension to all handlers whose names and addresses are on file with the commission and to the appropriate policy committees in both the Assembly and Senate.(Added by renumbering Section 77886 by Stats. 1995, Ch. 130, Sec. 89.
