(a) The council shall annually select a chairperson and vice chairperson from its membership, to serve at the council’s pleasure, who, together with three other members selected annually by the council, shall constitute an executive committee.(b) The executive committee shall have and exercise powers of the council as the council may delegate to it.(Added by Stats. 2018, Ch. 410, Sec. 2.
