If the council and the California Beef Council determine that a project is of mutual benefit and consistent with state and federal laws governing the California Beef Council, the project may be jointly funded by the council and the California Beef Council, subject to approval by the secretary.(Added by Stats. 2018, Ch. 410, Sec. 2.
