64663. The council shall not expend beef council funds for the advertising of brand name beef products, unless the expenditures are approved by a two-thirds vote of the council with the concurrence of the secretary. The council may expend beef council funds to conduct cost-sharing advertising with nonbeef brand name products.(Amended by Stats. 2001, Ch. 291, Sec. 7. Effective January 1, 2002.)
