§ 64675

64675. If the voluntary promotion and research program does not receive the required favorable vote or if less than the required number of producers have voted, another referendum shall not be petitioned for until after the expiration of a period of two years from the date of the referendum which failed.(Repealed and added by Stats. 1973, Ch. 418.)
