At the request of the director, the Attorney General shall petition an appropriate court for the issuance of an injunction, restraining any person in violation of any requirement specified in this chapter or regulations adopted pursuant thereto from continuing the violation. The court may also require the performance of any obligation imposed under this chapter or any regulations adopted pursuant thereto.(Added by Stats. 1986, Ch. 265, Sec. 12. Effective July 11, 1986.)
