77901. The production and marketing of cut flowers and cut greens products constitute an important industry of this state which not only provides substantial and necessary revenues for the state and employment for its citizens, but also furnish cut flowers and cut greens products to the public.(Added by Stats. 1990, Ch. 495, Sec. 1.
