Money that is deposited pursuant to Section 78558 may be invested and reinvested by the council in any of the securities described in Article 1 (commencing with Section 16430) of Chapter 3 of Part 2 of Division 4 of Title 2 of the Government Code.(Amended by Stats. 1996, Ch. 726, Sec. 18.
